About Kubermint

Tokenization as a Service, built by a corporate finance, valuation and regulatory team that has advised clients across India and the GCC since 2019. The name joins Kubera, the keeper of wealth, with the act of minting.

The company

The team behind Kubermint began advising in Noida in 2019 and opened its Dubai office in 2022. Its work spans corporate finance, statutory valuation, transfer pricing, detailed project reports for bank financing and corporate secretarial matters, and it has grown to more than 55 people who have served over 100 clients in more than 80 countries.

The technology practice grew out of client work. Building financial models and regulatory analyses for clients led to building the tools that run them: a valuation studio, a debt stress-testing application, a UAE corporate tax assessment tool, and the asset tokenization platform on which Kubermint now delivers its service.

Kubermint operates from Dubai and Noida and serves issuers, fund managers, project developers and corporate buyers across India, the GCC and beyond.

The founder

Abhishek Goel is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, IBBI-registered valuer, SEBI-registered investment adviser and advocate. Before Kubermint he worked in tax and regulatory practice at BDO, Deloitte and EY in Gurgaon, and consulted on AI-enabled tax technology products.

He has structured private markets and receivables platforms for the India to GCC corridor, and has written and spoken on real-world asset tokenization, stablecoins and digital assets from an investment and advisory perspective. He holds CISA and Certified Fraud Examiner qualifications and leads the team's ESG and carbon work.

How we work

Written deliverables at every stage

Feasibility memo, valuation report, structure paper, compliance manual, runbook. If it is not written down, it has not been decided.

Fixed fees where scope is fixed

Feasibility, valuation and structuring are fixed-fee. Builds are estimated against the structure paper and adjusted only if it changes.

One accountable team

Finance, legal and engineering sit together. There is no vendor to blame and no referral to chase.

We say no

Some assets should not be tokenized and some structures will not be licensed. The feasibility memo says so when that is the case.

Documentation you own

Every engagement ends with a documented system your own team or another adviser could take over.

Regulator-facing

We attend the licensing meetings and answer the technical questions. That is usually where a project is won or lost.
